Who you are buying from
Audio Anal is made and sold by Leave Only What Matters Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17231249. Registered office: 17 Ethelbert Crescent, Margate, CT9 2DY. You can reach us at hello@audioanal.com.
One purchase, one licence
Audio Anal costs £79, paid once in pounds sterling. It is currently offered at £49 as a founders launch price for the first 200 licences. That buys a personal licence to install and use the app on up to two Macs you own, with lifetime updates included. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Analysis is free and needs no licence. The licence unlocks healing, batch processing and reports. Activating it needs an internet connection once; after that the app keeps working offline.
Paying
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. As soon as the payment goes through you see your licence key on screen, and we email it to you with your receipt.
Your licence
Your key is tied to the email you bought with. To move it to a new Mac, deactivate it on the old one in Settings, Licence, then activate it on the new one. Please don’t share or publish your key; a key that turns up in public may be deactivated.
Honest scope
Audio Anal analyses audio files and, with your approval, corrects supported tempo-drift problems by writing a new file. It cannot restore audio data removed by lossy compression, and it never modifies your original files. Analysis verdicts are measurements with documented thresholds, not guarantees: a WARN or PASS is information, not a promise a track will suit any particular system.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Audio Anal is not for you, reply to your receipt email or write to hello@audioanal.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, whether or not you have downloaded or activated the app. A refunded licence is deactivated, so healing locks again; the free analyser keeps working.
None of this affects your statutory rights. If the software is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Liability
Audio Anal is designed to be non-destructive and writes healed copies to a separate folder, but you should keep backups of any music library, whatever software you use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The boring but necessary bits
The software is licensed, not sold; you may not redistribute, resell or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. Third-party open-source components (including ffmpeg and Rubber Band) are bundled under their respective licences, acknowledged in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
